Unsafe product. Risk of burns
I have had this product for a little over a month. My wife said the outside of the toaster gets very hot. I didn't think anything of it as we only use the toaster a couple of times a month. After using it yesterday morning I had to reach for it to get to the outlet and the sliding contact on my wrist gave me a pretty painful burn. See attached picture. Not a safe product.
