Review on BLACK DECKER LDX120C Lithium Driver by William Byrd

Bought because of the brand, I thought Black & Decker might differ from other obscure brands. However, BLACK+DECKER proved me wrong. I used it less than 5 times and then the engine shut down. I've only used it to drill holes in a wooden plank so the torque applied wasn't high. I contacted BLACK+DECKER at the end of April and 10 days later I received an email asking me to provide photos, which I did. Then an email came that a replacement had been sent and I'm pretty sure that's a lie. As I have not received anything until today (end of May) I have emailed them at least 5 times with no response. So if you are satisfied with this kind of customer service, you can try their product. Otherwise I recommend you to buy other brands.
