I used lacwork for about 2 years now as part of our DevOps team in my last job at Accenture - so i have experience with it from both sides (as an admin & developer). We were solving problems related to risk management / governance within our IT department by using this tool which was great because we had easy access to all relevant information regarding assets/infrastructure etc., but also could easily build custom dashboards that helped us analyze things easier than otherwise would be possible without such solution! Lack of proper documentation is really annoying if you are just starting out or want some help figuring something new up yourself after your first time working with it. The lack of good docs makes onboarding more difficult since there's no "how do they expect me to use their product". Also while developing solutions myself sometimes i needed better knowledge into how certain features work internally vs what can actually happen when implementing them. It helps solve many issues around Risk.
