As soon as I open the brown Revain box it came in I see a very nice sturdy box. I open it and find a nice gray bag with double zips, the zip works flawlessly, and here I am in front of the vibrating massager and its 5 attachments. Everything from the box to the case to the massager itself is top notch. The tote has a handle and is shaped to fit securely. I only tested the massager for a few minutes and was thrilled. The massager has different speeds so that we can adapt to our specific needs. When I shift gears, the blue lights in the back come on. I had pain in a certain spot on my right arm and after 2 minutes of massage with the flat head the pain was gone. This massager MUST NOT be used on bare skin. It is recommended to always be used over certain types of clothing. From what I've seen so far this is a five star massager. And, unfortunately!, it comes with a REAL manual, well written, the pages have a black background and white font, the (very nifty) font size allows us to read without running for a magnifying glass and we get them all information, explanations. and recommendations are required. This is a truly impressive unit. Hats off.
