The best thing about this software is that it helps me to screen all my candidates in one place, so as soon as I get an email from someone who's interested with any type of job opportunity or vacancy which fits into their profile - they're instantly added up for consideration! Nothing at least until now.

It would be better if there were some other features like searching by location but overall its great product because we can quickly find suitable people without even leaving our desktops!! We use employers choice system not only to recruit new employees however also used them when hiring contractors too where most times finding good quality workers was hard sometimes impossible due lack information/profiles etc., So many thanks go out to employerchoice team especially Mark (the CEO) he has been very helpful during recruitment process & helped us manage everything through cloud platform easily! Highly recommended tool / service.
