I chose it as a second monitor to use it for video/text and surfing on the side. I have a pretty good 1440p Dell monitor as my primary display, so this monitor didn't have to be great to get the job done. And that's what I'd say to sum up this monitor - definitely not amazing, but way better than other options in this price range. Pros: - Great price for a narrow bezel monitor that LOOKS modern. - IPS panel so colors are better than some other cheap ones - Light weight (this may be a disadvantage for some monitor arm users) - Physical buttons for menus/options which is nice - 75mm VESA mounting holes - Packed enough to keep safe in transit, it's also great that it's lightweight for that reason. Cons: - Extremely poor build quality. It is very light and very flexible, feels plastic and looks cheap. The stand is incredibly cheap and lightweight, I use a monitor arm instead. - Not bright. The brightness even at 100% is about 60% on my Dell monitor, it's not a bright monitor at all and I have a fairly dark computer room. - NO DP port. The lack of a display port is generally a pity. I only have one HDMI output on my graphics card so using this monitor doesn't leave me much room to connect my TV to my computer etc. I am very happy with what I got for the money. I can't help but point out why it's so cheap!
