Review on HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager by Omar Austin

It's quite easy for users without any IT experience in using it (which is most of my clients). The only disadvantage may be that sometimes some functionality could have been improved e g an easier interface/design or even better pricing calculation formulas which would make more sense especially with currency changes during specific periods such as at Xmas time - so I am not saying this isn't possible but maybe worth thinking about since your paying per month! We used them mainly like price finder tool where you can select certain countries / cities etc., check availability & bookings within minutes rather than going through multiple systems separately. I like the ease of use, it's very simple to set up and has an excellent API and SDK. The platform is currently very limited in the types of channels it can connect to. The product works well for us and has allowed us to automate and improve our online reservation, price and availability features. We use it for our online hotel booking, and also use it for our travel and hospitality partners.
