I bought this a while ago and have been using it for about 6-9 months. I immediately noticed a difference in the way they clean - you can actually feel the bristles going between your teeth, which you don't normally feel. The tree looks a little strange at first, but you can get used to it. I recently had an exam and the dentist said I have practically no growths. I made no other changes to accommodate this (same toothpaste/flossing procedure). I ordered more this time. Highly recommended!
