Truly the best bread knife ever. I have used many bread knives and none have been as smooth as butter in slicing all types of bread from very crunchy hard crusts to the softest white bread. Besides slicing bread, it is also very good at slicing meat without squeezing out all the juice. out, as well as tomatoes and even semi-frozen meat (do not use completely frozen meat, it most likely will not work or you can damage the blade). I use it for many tasks in the kitchen that require cutting movements and a very smooth cut. sharpen them yourself. But I've had it for six months now and it's still just as sharp. :)
