The application used for this camera is called BVCAM. This application has stopped working. It cannot connect remotely (i.e. if you are not on the same WiFi network as the camera). This renders the camera unusable. You can see all complaints about this app in App Store or Google Play Store. The developer has several apps that do the same thing and they all stopped working about a month ago. Before that they were great. No response from developer. I asked for a workaround via the help email address provided in the camera. There was no answer. I sent the camera back.
