Poor screen and customer service

Less than a week after installation, the screen started going crazy. I contacted their support team and they told me to update the system with a SIM card. When I emailed back with more questions, after 3 days I received no reply. Tonight I removed the system from my car and sent it back. I paid too much money to wsy to make it not work properly.
