Hotel Connect - Great experience booking our hotel

It was easy to use and it was easy to communicate with the staff. I wish there was a better customer service and support. I would have liked to have the ability to pay the bill online. The customer service was great but I wish there was a better platform for online payments.

I would recommend it to anyone who wants to make sure they are staying at the right place. I was looking for a way to manage my vacation reservations. I was able to do that and I also was able to communicate with the staff and they were very helpful.
