it holds up well, attaches well to magsafe and charges well most of the time. But the only negative is that the ring collects all the heat from the charging coil. who sends it back to the phone. I removed it immediately after 20 minutes of use. Tried a second ring and lined it up as best as I could with my handset on the back of the phone, same thing. returned it and will never use this type of ring for magsafe again. Get the correct magnetic ring instead of the metal ring.
