The best part was that I could connect to my laptop as well from where i work remotely in US using this remote access solution provided by BCMS system! Other than it being very easy for me (and all other users)to log into our computers which are connected with VPN or VNC server at home/office location - It didn't seem like any particular features were better then others out there but overall performance seemed good enought so far- Not much dislike about anything specific yet!! If you need more detailed information regarding how their product works please ask them directly through phone calls rather do not go online because they will probably never respond unless its urgent issue related to your question asked via call etc..

Also make sure if someone else has used same products before asking questions here otherwise chances may be less people might answer back since most likely everyone have tried.
