The best part was that I could connect to my laptop as well from where i work remotely in US using this remote access solution provided by BCMS system! The ability to create reports that are formatted in such away as not only look great but also function properly for our business needs. I have yet to find anything negative about using this product! There's always some new feature or enhancement being added so it would be hard to say there isn't something we don't like at all with their products - however if you ask me directly they will tell ya what your looking for when ever possible!!
