Really 3.5 stars. Started out as a great collar/training tool for our 10 lb Spichu pup. Mostly a beep, a few vibrations and a shock once at level 1. Works great and she's a quick learner. It's been 3 weeks and it's holding up well. I went to the store and the part where you connect the "charger cable” on the device broke off the inside from a light push. Was very happy with it until it happened. Returned. I received a nice email from the owner suggesting a replacement but we declined as we had found something more permanent and had already ordered it. For your information. There is a trick to putting the collar on. Bend the edges 1/2 towards each other. Place each fin in a slot and you can just slide them in and you're done. No problem. You just have to know the truck to get through. 😉
