The cooling fan makes a reasonable amount of noise when it is being used in a residential location, but when it is being utilized in production, the noise is not substantial. The rapidity with which the battery may be charged is unquestionably an advantage; in fact, you can charge multiple batteries simultaneously so long as you rearrange them at the appropriate times. If you put it on a tool stand, it would look amazing, but it wouldn't be very useful. Space packaging is quite straightforward. Why wasn't it packed in corrugated cardboard like the rest of the items, like everything else?
