I like that it is open-source, has many community integrations (ease of use).

It's easy to customize your own dashboards using Python or JavaScript for custom data visualization - as well as creating new connectors with other tools you're familiar with! You can also easily create an extension in order to add additional functionality from third party libraries such as Algolia Search & Graphite/InfluxDB Time Series Database. So far everything seems great so no complaints here yet but if there are any improvements please let me know!! We used this tool mainly because we wanted our users to be able to explore their metrics without knowing how they were calculated which meant being more transparent about what was happening under the hood.
