I like that you can see what medications are being taken by your patient at home so it helps me know if they're taking them as prescribed or not! It's easy for my staff members who aren't always in front of computers all day long (we have lots!) to use this software because we don't need any training before using it - just log into our account with username/password provided during installation process & click "go".
There isn’t much about PMP manager itself that could be improved but there should definitely include an option where users will receive notifications when something comes up regarding medication changes etc., which would help us keep track more efficiently than having someone emailing every single time one does come across new information. We've been able solve some issues pertaining to missing meds after discharge from hospitalization such as high risk.
