I like that it is very userfriendly for not only first time users but also those who have been using other programms before hand! It has helped us eliminate errors from previous programs we used in addition i love how simple this one makes task completion so much easier as well! Nothing at all!! We are still learning everything about its functions however overall there isn't anything bad or dislikes yet (other than maybe when creating new profiles).
