The VSA team is very knowledgeable of value-based selling strategies as well as how they can be implemented within our organization's structure/culture. They are responsive when needed for any questions or concerns we may not think about at first! I wish there was more time set aside during each session so that everyone could get their hands dirty by trying out some activities from those sessions before moving forward with them (or even just getting feedback). As an internal consultant who provides implementation support services across multiple accounts / companies; it has been great having someone outside my own office provide guidance & recommendations throughout this journey thus far - all while also providing technical assistance if need arises.
