I purchased this dress for a black tie event in Las Vegas. I am 5'11" and 200lbs and would have struggled to find something that fit in a department store. Great dress for a great price. If you only wear it once you don't feel like you broke the bank. I got the 18 and it was a little long and loose around the midsection so I used a belt to create a waist. I went with Best Buy's size suggestion and it worked. The dress has a liner built in so you don't have to wear a slip. It doesn't look cheap but you will loose a few sequins along the way. Also, agree with other users in that the sequins on the inside of the arm catch on the material. Great backup outfit to keep in your closet.
