Great price compared to PetSafe models. I love the fact that it works with up to three dogs and you have a choice of beep, vibration or shock. I've had them for about three months now. Update 11/21/2017: After wearing the collars for four months, the battery failed in one of them. Then, a few weeks later, another battery failed. In any case, customer service responded quickly to my email and sent me a new collar a few days later. Collars should only need to be charged to a full charge, no longer than four hours. Now I'm trying to stick to it strictly if that's the problem. This is a bit inconvenient as I leave my phones etc on when I'm not using them and I haven't had any side effects.
