Neither of them look amazing on a controller, but they feel even better. The improved grip, when my hands get a little sweaty, is a big step up from the basic controller grip -- even compared to the elite group of controllers I'm used to. I have so many friends who ask where I got it from because they want to order it for themselves after using mine. The only negative I have to say is that it doesn't fit Elite Series 1 or 2 controllers, but it doesn't. I won't take my 5 star rating off because I was so happy with these grips
