Arrived quickly. I admit it fits slightly awkwardly, BUT it seems to help my knee pain since I can move around the 2 pads to where I need pressure. I have a problem with both patellar subluxation/dislocation as well as jumpers knee - so this specific brace allows me to have pressure on the bottom of my knee (patellar tendon) and outside of my knee (prevent dislocation). I am a full time personal trainer and my knees have been bothering me more lately after a second battle with Lyme disease. With this on I was able to go through my workout without any pain.
