Bought and returned. I hated these so much. Where to even begin. Unpacking. There are cotter pins that are vital, but they come in a plastic bag with vent holes. One was lost, several were in a box outside the bag. Needles come in and out often, but they're cheap and flimsy, so they'll probably only last a short time. The jack is powder coated but clearly made after assembly. Flip that thing over, open it up and boom, bare metal. Purpose of use? At your own risk. Everything happens exactly as described. What a feeling, you do so much. Oh wait I need tools. Yes, down, not so much. Unlocking the crank requires a tremendous amount of effort unless the stars match. Push the lever with your foot? talk about uncomfortable squatting. My legs still hurt. When you push the lever. Wow! This is a six flag ride. Be prepared for a sharp fall from a height of 2-5 inches. Don't be afraid to do it 15 feet up with a thing that's acting weird. So now I just turn the handle to go down? Once in a while. Keep your leg on the lever for this painful squat. Wait, the handle just turns. That's right, you're 15 feet in the air with no intention of descending. If you want to try it, please have a plan. You don't want your children to see you cry. The autopsy revealed I might have had better luck with the heavier 2x4s as there were deep dents in the struts. I was able to determine where the jack rested on a notch at a height of 15 feet. It's not like you can just find tougher 2x4s, so be careful. I also bought all the accessories and they were of the same quality. Poor electrical work and not great.
