Does not work: Industrial Electrical

I bought one, connected as described, does not work. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, I don't know, but I don't think so. I think it might not be compatible with the drive I have, but other than that I don't understand why it doesn't work. I'll update when I get an answer or when I get it working.
