Best anchoring time in drywall Anchor

Away with the other anchors! This is the best I've ever used. The only anchors that worked in my daughter's house. This is an old house where the old drywall and the new one are drying up and collapsing. Tried many different types of anchors and they worked. Should work very well on new drywall!
