No bubbles come out the other side

Remote control not included. The suction power definitely doesn't last and I tried 3 different air pumps and dill. There are no bubbles coming out of half of the device and I don't believe in it though stone because there is no stone. It's all plastic. Well, as I understand it, half of it doesn't even work.
