Too bad I can't give this product a star. It arrived with the locking mechanism installed upside down. At first I thought it was a simple mistake and took it apart. Then I realized that an incorrectly installed part was at the heart of the automatic locking mechanism and I couldn't fix it. After realizing this I thought maybe I could install it upside down which meant I had to turn all the lock parts upside down. After all this time, some of the screws weren't aligned at all to properly fasten them. I ended up installing it on the fly and after TWO days this thing consistently makes a long high pitched beep and works intermittently. Don't waste your money on this product, I've emailed their service department but at this point I don't want another lock from them when their quality assurance is so terrible.
