I ordered this to reseal my white mosaic backsplash. (To be precise, this is a gloss white penny tile with white grout). I noticed that after sealing several years ago, coffee, tea, spaghetti sauce and other spills started to contaminate the solution. First I washed the grout with hot soapy water on a microfiber towel and some old fashioned elbow grease. After letting it dry overnight I sealed it with The Floor Guys caulk and it worked great. I used a disposable paper cup and a disposable brush to apply the gasket. According to The Floor Guys YouTube video, I let the grout sit for five minutes, then rubbed it diagonally with a damp microfiber cloth. After a few hours I can already see the difference. Water rolls off the apron like water off a duck's back. Great material and there is no discoloration or white haze on my grout or tiles. And it's almost odorless. I could only smell the sealant when I got near the product. I would buy this again.
