Even though this is for "Plus Size" (which you'll probably only know if you click on the company's link), i decided to give it a try and was hoping this will be a place to layer. It would probably be fine for this purpose, but the zipper was very pointy and narrow. I wouldn't want it around my neck. I returned it. As an indication of size: I am 1.35 m tall and 135 cm tall.
