Review on 🔧 Crown Automotive D35WJABK Axle Shaft: Superior Strength and Durability for Optimal Performance by Dexter Rasberry

I'm not sure if I received a particularly bad pair of sets, but both sets had the bearing retaining pins snapping off during installation. This is a great pain, since the correction requires a complete redo of the work. Both sets failed between 35 and 40 ft lbs (spec 45). In the worst case, this is up to 20% less than the required torque. Looks like the bolt heat treatment was done incorrectly. Too bad it has the makings of a great set but I wouldn't buy it again, too much of a risk.
