This light is absolutely fantastic. I hung it up in my garage, so about 10 ft in the air, more towards one side of the garage. The light is super bright- it brightly lights the entire 2 car garage space no problem. And the motion sensor works brilliantly. Everytime I walk into the garage or pull in with my car it comes on- every single time. As far as others having issues with that, I would recommend making sure that the motion sensor (the small dome on the light) faces wherever you need it most.Only flaw was that it came a little bent up from the manufacturer (shipping and product box were perfect, so it wasn't a shipping issue), but the light was getting hung up high where no one would ever be able to tell so I didn't bother exchanging it.Someone who previously lived in my house must have had almost an exact same light, because I didn't even need to install the hooks in the ceiling- they were already there and perfectly spaced. So simplest install ever- just hung it up!Definitely one of the best purchases I've made, I absolutely LOVE this thing and it has made a huge difference for the better.
