If you live up to your expectations, this is a great pair of wireless headphones. If you're looking for a second pair as an emergency backup pair, a sleep kit, or a wireless headphone newbie who doesn't want to spend more than $100, then by all means give them a try. Charging pad (I know 2nd gen AirPods have a wireless charging case so it's a moot point if you have it). The case itself is also very compact and with a matte finish it won't slip out of your hands. Battery life has been exceptional so far and I can listen to my phone for about 7 hours at 50% volume (sometimes the volume is lower as I use it as background music while I work). The sound quality is on par with my AirPods (not Pro). The quality of the microphone is also good as I used it for Zoom meetings and no one noticed any problems speaking. similar rigid ear shape. This really worked for me as I like to sleep with them and prefer that the silicone tips don't get stuck in my ears at night. They didn't say so, but they actually came with rubber earcups to improve in-ear grip (otherwise they're matte). I rate the sound quality like a pro, but I always didn't like the sound quality of the AirPods that much at first. So if you think the same way, you will have the same experience with them. Manage your expectations and you won't be disappointed. If value is defined as the ratio of performance to price, then they are extremely valuable.
