I have plants that need a window. This was the perfect solution. It was easy to install but it does take a little work to get it even. I would not trust anything heavy on this. I mostly just keep my little plants or succulents on these. I did put a few command sticky tabs on the backside of the shelves to keep them stuck to my window. I didn't like that if you grabbed a plant, the shelves would move. I was worried it would disturb the other shelves and something would fall. The command strips just keep it more secure against the window without banging it all the time.
