I'd give it 5 starts if it shipped with DHCP enabled instead of a fixed address. Makes it much more difficult to setup than it should be unless your router happens to be on the subnet they chose and the IP address they picked is free.Image quality seems at least as good as other UHD cams I have access to, but I've not yet mounted it outdoors so put an asterisk after this comment.Another reason for not getting 5-starts is while it claims Onvif comparability its disabled by default. How to enable in the setup is difficult to find. The 64 pdf doc files on the CD are named with no clue as to which applies to my camera (who still has a CD reader?) and what passes for instructions that came with the camera are so generic as to be minimally helpful.Eventually I found Network->AdvancedSettings->IntegrationProtocol where Onvif could be enabled. It also doesn't work until you "add" a user. I added the default admin user to keep things simple. My IP cams are on a separate router without external access.The NTP client appears to work (unlike with many of these cameras) ao it seems to stay synced to computers.
