My first review was one star. My question to the company was never answered. When I first plugged it in, it didn't work. Instructions are short and direct. I suspect that the lamp needs some "loading time" or "waiting time" to get it working. I left him alone for seven days. After returning from a trip it suddenly worked. mmm . . Haven't received an email from the company yet. Yes, that was at the beginning of the Covid-19 crisis. My new rating reflects the fact that it actually works. That's settled. I like the versatility that I can customize to my needs. So far this is a great product. I would probably buy another one.
