We have been using this dance shoe to dance Brazilian Zouk for over 2 years and I really like it. The breathability of the sole allows for free movement of the foot and enough support under the ball of your foot and heel if you don't already have those calluses (or you didn't stop the podiatrist in time, oops). On a public dance floor they usually need to be replaced about every two months because of the dirt on the floor soiling the soles, but in quarantine on my floors, which I clean regularly, this happens more like once every six months.
