Double doors : 5 stars Extension tunnel : 2 stars The door is excellent. High quality plastic block - well made and attractive. Clear plastic vinyl flaps are thick and high quality. Because they are flexible, your pet cannot get trapped/pinched by the door, which actually happened to my cat once with another pet door. The valves are also easy to remove and replace if necessary. The threaded bolts are also of high quality. Now for the bad news: The tunnel extender product is poorly thought out, designed and manufactured: Here's why: 1. It's not a telescopic device. Instead, the tunnel consists of 6 parts that are connected by friction (more on that in a moment). If your wall is the maximum thickness for this tunnel, leave all 6 pieces intact. If the cavity in your wall is a little narrower, consider cutting an inch (or two) off each of the six pieces before assembling them.2. Left-Right * The width of the tunnel is approximately 1/2 inch narrower than the cavity it fills, so there is unnecessary "play". The gap is noticeable and also lets cold air through. I glued the tunnel on one side and bought sealant to fill the gap on the other side. Not perfect.3. Please note: if your walls are not the maximum thickness for this product, you will need to saw through the long studs and then deburr the ends to screw them properly. The manual actually tells you that. The best solution would be to ship this product with three different length studs so that the customer doesn't have to cut and deburr the studs themselves.
