Initial impressions. It feels good and is easy to put on. Doesn't come with instruction but not needed as well in my opinion. I tried it on for 5 min after unpacking. I did feel the heat and my body start to perspire. I did not however have it on any longer due to the scent as I am quite sensitive to them. That said I was surprised at how quick you notice it working though.PROsThe belt is highly adjustable due to Velcro being able to stick anywhere on it.The rubber lined interior holds it in place well so no slipping.It's very soft and comfortable and a good length.CONsIt arrived as is in the zippered bag at the door, could just be me. Ok for me but if your in a duplex or apartment be aware.Had a slight sweet scent of industrial something that isn't disclosed on the listing. You will need to air it out.All in all I say it's pretty good. Dropped star only for the scent.
