Suitable for odor control - does not affect most allergens

Let me start by disproving a positive review on this product. This product has no effect on allergy relief when associated with real particles. Someone mentioned that they are allergic to cats. Well, this ozone generator, like all other ozone generators, does not help with cat dander and dander. Because it's not an air purifier in the sense that it has a HEPA filter. What it does is generate ozone gas in a limited space. Ozone is made up of three oxygen atoms instead of two (like we breathe). The third atom breaks off and connects to other things in space. Which in turn can affect the chemical structure of what it's attached to. So it can neutralize a lot of odors, but does absolutely nothing against things like dust, pollen, pet dander. You are still physically in the room until you vacuum, sweep, mop, dry, etc. Why anyone would claim that this ozone generator would help with pet allergies is beyond me because it doesn't. Oddly enough, this is a review from a new account that only has one review so far. Little suspicious. Anyway, back to the block. It really works. Although this is not what I would call commercial quality. We have different ozone generators. Small, about the size of a softball. Big. Some are perfect for cars, others perfect for rooms up to 250 square meters. Not all ozone generators are the same. The first test took place in a warehouse, which always had a specific smell. I plugged it in, set the maximum possible time and let it work. Ozone usually clears from the air within 20-30 minutes. Just in case, I wait an hour for the unit to work before going in and airing the room. You do not want to be in the room while the ozone is being pumped out or is still present. Because in the best case you get a sore throat and cough, in the worst case the lungs remain damaged. Although marketed as a commercial generator, it failed to eliminate the smell in the pantry. Tried another room about 150 square feet. There was a noticeable difference in this room now. The first smell you notice is the same one you smell just before or after a thunderstorm. The reason is that ozone can be generated by lightning. So a fresh fresh scent comes into the room. And it neutralizes other odors. A little tip: install the device as high as possible when using it. Ozone is heavier than the air in your home, so you'll get better results by blowing higher where it can end up leaking and settling. Is it worth buying? Of course it works. Although for the price and being a commercial device I expected more. I will continue to use it and update my review accordingly if I find it works better than expected. I'm very careful of using it, you definitely don't want to use it in a place where you have pets or where there are a lot of pedestrians. So wherever we use it, it's strictly forbidden (ideally when we're away from home every hour or two). Of course there are better ozone generators, some of which can treat the whole house. But then they cost many times more than these. As long as you have the right expectations from the start, it's a worthwhile investment.
