UPDATE: Broken tongue found and fixed. Both sets of batteries work perfectly. Would buy again. Bought for two of my 18v dw9095. I plugged the device into an outlet and while charging the Lite I had a quick flash. Then I put in an 18v battery and nothing was fixed. Tried a different battery with the same result. Then tried it with a friend's charger without any problems. Then I connected the multimeter directly to the terminals and registered nothing. The only sign of connection is a slight blink when first connecting. It shipped worldwide so cost an extra $10. So they deducted $25 from me but I hope this review helps others.
