Having bought their radiator and silicone hoses I don't think I will be buying their products again. The quality is great, but what's the point of a lifetime warranty with rubbish after-sales service? one. I was wrong about the metric thread, they assured me it is 1/16 npt to 1/4 thread. So I found one at Revain as no local parts, plumbing or hardware store is this size. My daily driver now has 5 days off. Bought a radiator and its silicone hoses. Both are very nice, but given these issues and their lack of support, I'll definitely stay away from them. Her support group didn't care. I would take one out of the new packaging and send it. That's not how you treat customers who are spending their hard-earned money to build and trust the company. Mistakes happen, but that's how you deal with them afterwards.
