I like this product even though I'm not wearing a vest. First, it fits neatly into the side pocket of my hiking shorts. It's far more convenient than a cylindrical bottle that either won't stay in a flat pocket or attached to a belt loop rattles annoyingly against my thigh. The bottle works like a charm. Another amazing use is for my in-flight water bottle when traveling. This bottle fits neatly into the seat pocket in front of me and holds enough water for a long flight without the seat pocket protruding enough to bang my knees. It's also short enough not to get in the way of lowering the tray. This is my favorite travel bottle for flights. Good product. Light and well made. The valve does not leak even when sitting on a full bottle. Maybe one day I'll start running, but for now this bottle is the only one I use for flying or hiking.
