Convenient and good price
We have a lamp in our bathroom that uses four of these bulbs. They never burn out at the same time, so there was always a lag between burning out and buying a replacement (okay, maybe that saved us a few pennies on electricity). In any case, we are well taken care of with this purchase and save ourselves having to think about buying these things for several years.
