A MUST for ALL moms!
This product was such a fantastic healing aid; I highly recommend it to all to-be-moms out there! I was right on $ and wasn’t able to buy all the frida mom healing items so after some research I decided to go with this product and that was wise. If you just want to get one thing- this is the one! The foam does sit on top of the pad (as it says) and the cooling sensation is so comforting. I was afraid I may go through it too quickly but it lasted me the for a whole week plus & got me through the most uncomfortable part of healing. Absolutely worth the money- this will be a baby shower must for all the future ones I attend.
