My Andersen door has been giving me problems for years. I oiled it and it worked fine for a day or two and then reverted to its stubborn resistance and frequent exits. The wheels looked halfway decent, but it's hard to tell where they sit and they were 25 years old. Didn't really notice the chips were gone due to dog collisions, general dirt and wear and tear. With a little nudge, each assembly pops out instantly and those signature wheels engage. I didn't even watch the process, just fiddled with the adjustment screws on the bottom wheels until the door stopped rocking up and down as it moved, and wow, it's like butter now. Now all I have to do is stop the rain spattered mud which is definitely making my problems worse.
