We had the opportunity to implement Pega as our new SED software platform. From the first day we started using it, it was amazing with the ease of use and the seamless integration to the existing system.It was perfect from the end-to-end solution and customer support. I can say nothing else as Pega did everything to make our project a success. With Pega you see to know you are fully supported from the beginning to the end of the implementation. With PEGA we were able to create custom fields and customizations that met our needs perfectly. We have a very solid solution.The implementation was very easy, the training for the support team is very complete and all the support was done in real time. It was easy for us to implement and the implementation time was great. Nothing, everything worked as it should do. We have one report The best part is that it is easy to set up and can be integrated with any system. It has a great UI and is very user friendly. The support is also amazing. The implementation was seamless and the support team is very helpful. I have used it in a few different industries and it has been very helpful. I have not found anything that I dislike about the product. I have been able to automate my sales process and also keep track of all my leads and opportunities.
