I have painful ulcers from severe dry mouth (I live in the desert of the Southwest where it's hot and dry). Nothing else seemed to work and I tried a lot - changing toothpaste, toothbrushes, mouthwash, candy, keeping an eye on hydration. This gum was the only thing that worked and worked instantly, moisturizing and soothing my mouth. Within a few days of application, the ulcers were completely healed. Unfortunately I had to use it so often it was too expensive to buy for everyday use but I will definitely buy again if/if another outbreak of severe dry mouth occurs. I highly recommend it!
